Chris helped the federal government reinvent their acquisition strategy. He built a dynamic web platform to realize the new strategy and optimize for government wide adoption. Chris led multiple primary research and customer interview projects to find trends in procurement professionals. His recommendations directed the adoption strategy across the federal government. The projected savings for the tax payers is roughly $10 Billion dollars.
Ashoka, the worldwide leader in social entrepreneurship, tasked Chris to pilot a new city strategy in Seattle. Chris and team developed new programming and earned income models. Seattle is now a hub of Ashoka activity and the city strategy is being replicated in 22 cities around the globe.
Chris co-founded Ultimate Change, an organization that uses Ultimate Frisbee to teach leadership and conflict resolution. Refined in tough neighborhoods, the program grew to work with Jewish and Arab Israelis in Israel.
Chris has a BA in Art History with a concentration in Architecture and Urban Development from Carleton College.
